Upon its initial release it peaked at No. 63 on the Billboard Hot 100. The song gained much of its popularity after being featured on the soundtrack for the 1996 movie Jerry Maguire peaking at No. 12 and No. 15 on the Adult Top 40 and Top 40 Mainstream respectively.
