It was released as the lead single from the album on August 21, 2000 by Maverick and Warner Bros. Records. " Music " was inspired by a Sting concert Madonna attended and was written and produced by her with Mirwais Ahmadzaï. It is a disco and electro-funk song in a static key of G minor. "What's My Age Again? " is a song by American rock band Blink-182. It was released in April 1999 as the lead single from the group's third studio album, Enema of the State (1999). The song, written primarily by bassist and vocalist Mark Hoppus, lyrically revolves around the onset of age and maturity, and the failure to implement changes in behavior. A mid-tempo pop punk song, it was written by Hoppus based on personal experience. It was originally titled " Peter Pan Complex ", an allusion to the pop-psychology concept, but MCA Records forced the band to retitle the song, as the label found it too obscure a reference. Written by Ira Shickman, Osborne Bingham, Kara DioGuardi, and Paula Abdul, " Spinning Around " was initially meant to be recorded by Abdul for her own album, but was given to Minogue after the plan never came to fruition. Produced by Mike Spencer, the disco-influenced dance-pop song was then released as the lead single from Light Years on 19 June 2000. " Porcelain " is a song by American electronica musician Moby. It was released as the sixth single from his fifth studio album Play on June 12, 2000. Its melancholy lyrics describe a break-up and were written by Moby – who also performs lead vocals on the track – based on his experiences with an unidentified woman. An electronic song, it also incorporates reversed string samples (from the song " Fight for Survival " from the Exodus soundtrack) and piano rhythms into its instrumentation. This 2000 version - falling under the genre tribal house - was a hit across Europe, reaching number-one in the UK in June of that year. The song was the 40th best selling single of 2000 in the UK.
