Propellerheads - Spybreak! (Matrix OST) 1997

“ Spybreak !” is a 1997 single by the big beat group Propellerheads from their first album, Decksandrumsandrockandroll . There are two versions of this song, called " Spybreak ! (Long One)" and " Spybreak ! (Short One)." The former is approximately three minutes longer than the latter. It is most famous for its appearance in The Matrix during the lobby shootout sequence. The version used officially in the movie is titled " Short One ." It is probably the group's best known track due to its inclusion in the popular film, which gave Propellerheads a boost into international recognition. Read more about the song

The number used in the title is now a telephone number for a driving school in Scotland but at the time GUN used it, was a number you could call to hear band members give out news on the band and leave messages for them.
